The loose ring snaffle is a standard cheekpiece. This cheekpiece has loose rings, allowing the bit to move more freely in the mouth, which many horses accept well. Because the rings move freely, the aids come through less directly compared to, for example, an eggbutt snaffle. To prevent pinching between the moving rings, it is recommended to use bit guards.
The Inno Sense Medium Port is made of elastic synthetic material, slightly firmer than the Inno Sense Flexi Soft. The port provides more tongue freedom, relieving pressure from the tongue and distributing it over the bars. This makes the bit ideal for horses with a sensitive tongue or horses that tend to stick their tongue out. The Inno Sense Medium Port is slightly flexible.
Bits from the Inno Sense collection can be used for all horses but are particularly suitable for young horses and horses with sensitive mouths. The Inno Sense material contains no plasticizers and is therefore not harmful to the horse’s health. Horses ridden with an Inno Sense mouthpiece follow the hand easily and accept the bit quickly.
The bits from TRUST Equestrian are authentically Dutch. All bits are designed, developed, and handmade in the Netherlands. A team of technical professionals works daily on production. The bits are crafted with great care and from the highest-quality materials, resulting in very high standards and strict quality control. Each design balances shape, material, and weight. TRUST bits are slightly curved to better follow the anatomy of the horse’s mouth. This anatomical shape ensures better pressure distribution and a more stable fit. With a large variety of mouthpieces, cheekpieces, and materials, TRUST strives to offer a suitable bit for every horse.
