Inno Sense eggbut gag port medium or hard

The gag bit encourages the horse to lift its head. It is often used for horses that tend to work behind the bit. When the rider takes up the reins, the mouthpiece slides upwards, applying pressure to the corners of the mouth and the poll. This bit can be used with one or two reins or with pelham straps. In most cases, it is used with two reins: one rein is attached normally to the bit, and the second rein is attached to one of the lower rings or the end of the gag straps. This allows the rider to use the gag action only when necessary. This bit is not suitable for inexperienced riders.

The Inno Sense Medium Port is made from elastic synthetic material, slightly firmer than the Inno Sense Flexi Soft. The port provides increased tongue freedom, removing pressure from the centre of the tongue and distributing it over the bars. This makes the bit ideal for horses with a sensitive tongue or those that tend to stick their tongue out. The Inno Sense Medium Port is slightly flexible.
