Inno Sense Baby Swales Port Medium/Hard

The Swales bit has the effect of a curb and bradoon, but is less complicated. It can be ridden with two reins: one rein on the normal ring for a soft contact and the other on the lower ring for curb action. The Swales has loose rings for attaching the cheekpieces, which ensures that rein pressure affects only the lower jaw. The baby Swales has short shanks and therefore has a milder action than the regular Swales. The Swales is used (and supplied) with a curb chain.

The Inno Sense Hard Port is made of synthetic material, slightly firmer than the Medium Port. This mouthpiece has a port that reduces pressure on the centre of the horse’s tongue. The Inno Sense Hard Port is barely flexible. The synthetic material used is FDA approved, meaning it is non-toxic and contains no plasticizers.

Bits from the Inno Sense collection can be used for all horses but are especially suitable for young horses and horses with sensitive mouths. The Inno Sense material contains no plasticizers and is therefore not harmful to the horse’s health. Horses ridden with an Inno Sense mouthpiece follow the hand easily and accept the bit quickly.
