Inno Sense baby pelham flexi soft

The pelham cheekpiece combines the function of a snaffle with that of a curb-and-snaffle setup. The bit has a single cheekpiece but can be ridden with one or two reins. If you choose to ride with one rein, a pelham strap is needed to connect the bit rings to the shank rings. The pelham is a mouthpiece with leverage. The longer the shanks, the stronger the action. The baby pelham has short shanks and therefore has a milder effect than a regular pelham. A pelham bit is mainly used for strong horses, horses with limited space in the mouth for two mouthpieces, or horses that need to get used to a curb-and-bradoon combination. This bit is not suitable for inexperienced riders.

The Inno Sense Flexi Soft bits are made of elastic synthetic material and are very flexible, making the bit extremely gentle. Despite this flexibility, an Inno Sense Flexi Soft bit is very solid thanks to the flexible stainless steel core.

Bits from the Inno Sense collection can be used for all horses but are especially suitable for young horses and horses with sensitive mouths. The Inno Sense material contains no plasticizers and is therefore not harmful to the horse’s health. Horses ridden with an Inno Sense mouthpiece follow the hand easily and accept the bit quickly. The Inno Sense Flexi Soft is less suitable for very strong horses.
