Inno Sense loose ring gag port medium or hard

The gag bit encourages the horse to lift its head. It is often used for horses that tend to go behind the bit. When the reins are taken up, the mouthpiece slides upward, creating pressure in the corners of the mouth and behind the poll. The bit can be used with one or two reins or with pelham straps. In most cases, it is used with two reins: one rein is attached normally to the bit, and the other to one of the lower rings or the ends of the gag straps. This allows the rider to use the gag action only when necessary. This bit is not suitable for inexperienced riders.

The Inno Sense Medium Port is made of elastic synthetic material, slightly firmer than the Inno Sense Flexi Soft. The port provides more tongue freedom, relieving pressure from the tongue and distributing it over the bars. This makes the bit ideal for horses with a sensitive tongue or horses that tend to stick the tongue out. The Inno Sense Medium Port is slightly flexible.
