Inno Sense Mullen Baby Wheymouth Non-fixed

A baby dressage pump curb is used together with a bradoon, the so-called double bridle setup. This combination is used in the higher dressage levels. Due to the pump function, there is more movement in the bit. The horse can slightly lift the bit when needed to reduce pressure on the tongue. The dressage curb is a cheekpiece with leverage. The longer the shanks, the stronger the action. The baby pump curb has short shanks and therefore has a milder effect than the regular pump curb. For a double bridle, a special double bridle headstall or an additional cheekpiece is required. This cheekpiece must also always be used with a curb chain to prevent the bit from rotating too far. This bit is not suitable for inexperienced riders.

The Inno Sense mullen is a straight bar that curves slightly forward. This mouthpiece is made of synthetic material. It contains a rigid core, which means the mullen bar is not flexible, but it still feels soft. The Inno Sense material contains no plasticizers and is therefore not harmful to the horse’s health.
